A LONELY VIEW
Depression has a powerful perception. It almost feels like sometimes it takes over our vision completely. It speaks directly to our situation and lies, honestly. It makes you seem a version of yourself and your situation that while yes it may suck in that moment or season but it's not the end. If this is you and you wanna have someone to talk with, make sure you hit up our contact page. We would love be a listening ear or connect you to a counselor.
POWER OF CONNECTION
This episode deals deeply with Hannah's poetic nature. Her poetry reflected her need for human connection. Depression, again, has this power to make us see the world in a way that gives us this illusion of drowning. That no one really understands us or will be around for us. Community is a crucial factor in overcoming depression.
